The test mule of the upcoming 2022 Kia Seltos facelift X-line has been reported through a Korean micro-blogging site. The spied images of the compact SUV can be seen camouflaged revealing the major design trims. Let’s get into the details.

The 2022 Kia Seltos can be seen in white paint for its exterior body and is said to follow the company’s new design theme called Opposites United. The facelift Seltos comes with star-shaped design alloy wheels in dual colour tone and seems to bear a 17-inch combination. The front grilles appear more like a horizontally-combed design rather than the existing cross-cut grilles. The headlamps are expected to arrive with LED lights with a slight design change. While the tail-lights can get slimmer trim with reprofiled rear bumpers. It could arrive with a new dashboard-style, dual-tone seat upholstery, upgraded AC vents, and advanced safety measures. Also, the Seltos facelift could get a large sunroof in the top model while a single-pane electric sunroof in other variants. The new Seltos could ship with 6-speed or 7-speed CVT, DCT, or clutchless iMT gearboxes. While there is no official confirmation regarding the launch date of the 2022 Kia Seltos, it is expected to see daylight later this year.
