Netflix has described The Witcher: Blood Origin as an “untold chapter” set before the original Witcher series. On the official webpage of the series, Netflix says that it is set 1200 years before Geralt of Rivia’s story in an elven world. The exact synopsis given on its Netflix page says, “In an elven world, 1200 years before Geralt of Rivia, the worlds of monsters, men and elves merge to become one-and the very first Witcher arises.” The show predates the Witcher and tells how “worlds of monsters, men and elves merge to become one” likely to refer to the Conjunction of the Spheres.
