Nothing Phone 1 is arriving on July 12
It is certainly good news for all the tech enthusiasts who have been waiting for the launch for months now. The event will be held virtually on July 12. Tagged as “Return to Instinct”, the Nothing launch event will commence at 8:30 pm IST and will be available on live streaming via Nothing’s official YouTube Channel which you can find here.

Nothing Phone 1 Expected Specifications and more
There are countless reports that the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 will bring onboard once it arrives. Its transparent back panel is one of the many key factors that Nothing will use as its USPs. It is likely to be similar to Nothing’s Ear (1) TWS had a transparency body as well. Apart from that, the UK-based company is expected to arrive with a Snapdragon SoC although exactly which one is a mystery. A heavy inclination is towards the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen1 so we will have to wait for it to be officiated. There’s a 6.55-inch AMOLED with 1080×2400 pixels doing the rounds of the rumor mills so we will get to see how much of it is true once the phone arrives on July 12. You’ll get to see Nothing Phone (1) will 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage with a slot for a microSD card for further expandability. There are reports that mention either a 4,500 or a 5,000mAh battery in the works paired with wired and wireless charging tech among others. Nothing Phone (1) will get its custom-made NothingOS with Android 12 as well. In fact, the tech company released a bare Nothing Launcher on a handful of devices to give a sneak peek into what to expect although the full-fledged NothingOS will be much better and that’s for sure. Finally, there’s a USB-C port, GPS, Bluetooth v5.2, WiFi 6, 4G LTE, and 5G among other connectivity features. Apart from that, a tweet by tipster Yogesh Brar mentions that the phone will be made locally in order to control the cost of production. This particular piece of information is for the Indian release.
