PlayStation Plus New Launch Dates
Late last month, Sony announced a merged subscription of its existing packs of PlayStation Now and PlayStation Plus, into a new and single subscription called PlayStation Plus. This is to ensure there’s no confusion among the users, and for easing the managing of packs. This subscription is said to be rolling in June this year, and has the following tiers;

PlayStation Plus Extra – which includes all the benefits from the above Essential pack plus a catalog of up to 400 from the PS4 and PS5 library. This costs $14.99/month. PlayStation Plus Premium – which is the high-end pack costing $17.99/month, and includes all the perks from the above two packs plus 340 games from PS1, PS2, PS3 (via cloud streaming), and PSP. This suite also includes time-limited game trials.
Although Sony said this new subscription will launch sometime in June this year, it has now confirmed the dates of specific market launches. As per it, the new PlayStation Plus comes to Asian markets first (excluding Japan) on May 23, 2022. This is followed by Japan on June 1, the Americas on June 13, and finally Europe on June 22.
